2. Regulatory framework
The processing of your personal data is governed by Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, its implementing Decree No. 1,558/2001 and the complementary regulations issued by the Public Information Access Agency (AAIP).
3. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through forms (name and email address) and the browsing data obtained through cookies and similar technologies (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access).
4. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you information about real estate projects, commercial news, administrative communications, to improve our services and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations before the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV) and the AAIP.
5. Data retention
We keep your personal data while your subscription remains active or while a contractual relationship with Portexivo exists. After that, data is retained only during the periods required by Argentine tax and corporate law.
6. Rights of the data subject
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data at any time under Law No. 25,326 by sending a request to contacto@portexivo.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority and you may file complaints with that agency.
7. International data transfers
Some technology providers (hosting, analytics) may be located outside Argentina, in countries considered to have an adequate level of protection or under contractual clauses equivalent to those required by local regulation.
