1. Acceptance of terms
Use of the portexivo.com site implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. PORTEXIVO S.A.S. reserves the right to modify these terms by publishing the updated version on this page.
2. Subject of the service
Portexivo is a collective financing (crowdlending) platform registered with the Argentine National Securities Commission under CNV Resolution No. 1,058/2025, dedicated to connecting investors with residential real estate projects in Argentina.
3. Requirements to invest
To invest through the platform you must be 18 years of age or older, be a tax resident in Argentina or in a permitted jurisdiction, complete the identification process (KYC) and accept the specific conditions of each project.
4. Investment risks
Every investment in real estate projects involves risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of the invested capital. Estimated returns are not guaranteed and past performance does not ensure future results. It is the investor's responsibility to carefully evaluate each opportunity.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, software) is the property of PORTEXIVO S.A.S. or used under licence. Total or partial reproduction is forbidden without express authorisation.
6. Limitation of liability
Portexivo does not guarantee permanent availability of the site nor accept responsibility for damages arising from its unavailability. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from our platform.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
